re install windows, if it lets you run the CD from your desktop, if not... first back up your data, then reinstall windows making your pc boot from the CD(i think you wont need admin acess to do this)
thats the only way it may work.
(either way BACK UP your FILES)

thats ok but i cant becaues i got a 2000 (i know too old) and if u first got it log in with Administrator as username and password is nothing and log in this didnt work wit me
