Re: PSP Racers (Engine)

davros i like how you used a lil 3D perspective, havent yet tested on psp but it looks good thus far.
@danomann: wow, i was planing on doing one too, JK =P (hmm i should, once i find my flash CD to install it)
i downloaded it and well i had to wait like 70 secs to download lol
i see its not a racing game, but more like an obstacle avoiding game, but you get to be a car, i suggest you work on car upgrades, like after 5 levels or something, you can pimp your ride, the concept looks good.
and dont forget to add great collision effects

Re: PSP Racers (Engine)

Well, it's okay for you.

PROS:

-Runs smooth
-Graphics are reasonable
-Kind of fun

CONS:

-Health drops too quickly
-Bad hittests
-Won't stop drifting once you go in a direction

That's cool though.

While I'm posting this about your game, how would you like to be a co-admin with me on FlashPacked? It's my flash group, and we even have forum now.

hmmm that movement system looks awfully familiar lol

it looks good
i like the way the cars follow you

the friction needs work though
i decompiled it (hope you dont mind) tongue
it works good with the power at about 3 and the friction at about 0.7
