[release]PSPlatformer
Yes, I realize this is not the Zelda game I have been making, no I haven't quit progress on it. I actually started this because I needed a break from developing that. I'm sure some of you can sympathize with me on seeing the same code the same loops and routines hundreds of times and adding maybe 2 lines each time you look at the whole thing.
Well enough of my banter, I present yet another platforming game.
The object of the game is simple enough:
Collect all coins and reach the portal.
In the game you will face obstacles such as fire, demons, invisible walls, spikes, locked doors, and more. This game should not only use your thumbs but also your head.
With five switchable characters (don't worry they play exactly the same)- Jr., Megaman, Crash, Mario, and Sonic- you can play either the challenge mode- where you race the clock for a time to boast to your peers- or free play mode-featuring over 30 different maps. The game uses two completely and (possibly) original sets of graphics, Classical-greek style and Japanese-asian style.
More may be to come but I think I'm pretty much done with development. All that's left is to play!

Surprisingly, not too much. The laggiest levels are the ones that have a lot of fire in them, cuz then the player has to play all the movie clips.

Re: [release]PSPlatformer
Delta, if you click the "Download PSPlatformer" and then hit the big Download button it should work. If it doesn't tell me and I'll see what I can do.
