Re: pspflashgaming toolbar for psp...
not hard. just annoying. all it would be is a frame at the top of the screen with a few buttons. but to add sound u need to convert it and check the size it takes up. now i hate layers and thats y i dont wanna do it. it could be easily done by a good coder and simalar things have been. its just html and some JS, not a big deal. u think this would be hard? make a real computer toolbar then w/o programs that do it for u. really i dont see how you guys consider this that hard...

@ babaganoosh: no, not really. You just need to code it different and specially make it for a psp. in this case just coded in mainly html and javascript (witch isnt java as many ppl think) and how i would code this it would just be a .html (or .htm) file that you save and open just like a flash game but probaly you would need to zip it with images and stuff you use on it. then it would be as if it were a portal!

Re: pspflashgaming toolbar for psp...
what are you trying to say? a portal is a bunch of html pages that are linked together. the games apps and pics ect. are placed in different folders (normally) and then you zip it. sometimes the coders add javascript for passwords, onmouseovers...ect.
so basicilly its a website that you download or just go on an online portal. when you have more than one thing it may not be a portal it could be zipped to have all the icons!

Re: pspflashgaming toolbar for psp...
It woudnt haven't the real functions of a toolbar, as the psp only supports limited complex js.
- > It would be like every normal portal
-> no automatic Rss feed.
-> you cant browse with the toolbar, unless you use iframes.
well actually quite pointless. even though i might have an idea how to make something similar to a toolbar.

Re: pspflashgaming toolbar for psp...
Then make one if its easy
The problem is its still useless, as you cant browse anywere you want. Only to the predefined sites.

Re: pspflashgaming toolbar for psp...
You could make a toolbar similar to a browser toolbar i guess - you could have the function to go to non predefined sites too, just have a text box that you can type into, and a button with very simple javascript (onpress="window.location('textboxid.value')" or something off the top of my head)
To be honest, I still don't really see the point though - you have these things only a button press away on the PSP, and it'd take up page viewing space on the screen which is already in short supply..?
