PSP Flash Gaming Forum / psp game maker program?

Does in members of this forum have any programming experience other than browser languages? I think we need to make a group project to creat a program that
lets you create simple flash games and other for psp! I think its good idea.... But uhh
i picture a simple program similar to the game maker just for psp

A browser language might be easier!! but I'm not sure. I've never made a dynamic flash movie but I'm sure an EXTREMELY SIMPLE point and click or quiz creator could be made

This was a project that Jake was working on a while ago - a game engine that used text file instructions to build levels and games... Not sure how far he got with it or how much flexibility it had?

Umm, possibly a Flash- Flash Game Maker? It's possible but limitivity of it would be extream and completly pointless. It is possible for flash to decode text and create something from it i.e. Somebody draws something Flash can take the co-ordinates of each line and recreate the drawing with sufficient programming but the capabilities of this are very limited since flash can be abit of system hog at times. For a large scale game maker in flash I don't see it happening. This also goes for a browser based game maker that exports into a swf. Everything would be API loaded and would cause intense lag at the most little of things. So in conclusion just get Flash and make stuff in that.
