Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
Why dosen't just format your memorystick on your PSP if you need it for the psp?

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
It works also if you format it from your PC... But you have to make all the folders yourself. Easier just to format it from the PSP, but if you're making a magic memory stick for the Pandora trick, then you might want to format it in command line in Windows.

Yes. it dosen't matter what firmwire you saved the game on, the save file will still be the same.

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
babaganoosh you first have to have a psp with a cfw 3.52 M33-4 i think. otherwise you have to first look at downgrading tutorials.

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
Yep, but there isn't a 3.72 M33 yet, and probably never will be since 3.71 and 3.72 are the same but 3.72 can turn the PS3 on.
But to get up to 3.71 M33-3 with 1.50 kernel add-on you need to update to 3.52 M33-4 or M33-3 first, like Duelord said.

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
There is no 3.72 OE firmware. Dark_Alex stopped making OE firmwares after 3.40 OE-A and Team M33 started making firmwares. But, later Dark_Alex admitted that he is Team M33 and all the M33 firmwares have been made by him.
There is although 3.72 HX-2 firmware, but I cannot confirm if it is stable or not. The POPS (PSX emulation PRXs) are not all working properly on that firmware, at least not yet.
And 3.71 has all the same features than 3.72, the only thing you will get with the update is the ability to remote-start your PS3.

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
well... for windows on the psp you can use a portal like winXP. The problem would be you would have to extract the files on a pc, and then put them on your memstick.
And for downgrading, i would say bad luck, unless u can organise a pc an other psp with cusome firmware and a pc. this is create a pandora battery.
any more questions, just ask

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
Hello js2212, and welcome to our forums.
As for your question, I would like to know what kind of games have you downloaded. Are they flash games, homebrew games, demos, or commercial ISO or CSO games. If they are commercial, we cannot really help you with that since the files are illegal.
Please tell me what type of games are they and I will try to help you as fast as I can.

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
Okay, thanks for telling this.
For the flash games, you shouldn't have to mess with the firmware at all, just go to your System Settings and click on the Enable Flash Player option. You need to have a working Wireless LAN access for that to work. After you have enabled it, go to your PC and save the game you have downloaded to your PSP's Memory Stick. For example, if you have a game called PSPMan, save it as X:/PSPMan.swf (X is the drive letter of your PSP). Then run the Web Browser in your PSP and go to the address file://PSPMan.swf and you should be playing the game!
And for the PlayStation games, well, they aren't exactly homebrew.. But to run them, you need to downgrade your PSP. It is done by finding a friend with a previously downgraded PSP. Tell me if you can find one.
For the demos, just drop them in X:/PSP/GAME/ folder, and go to Games->Memory Stick in your PSP and run them.
Happy playing!

Re: Need help with PSP? Ask here!
If you put it from your PC it doesn't matter where you put it, in this example I just used the root of the memory stick.
But if you are downloading a game on your PSP, then you are indeed right, Sfc.
