downloading games

im sorry, it seems like all I ever post are questions. How do you download a game? one of the pages says that when you go to a game, you press triangle, click the first icon, and click "save link target." But my psp doesn't give me that option. why wont it let me? shout

Re: downloading games

Move the cursor over it and the link's background will become blue... That's when it's highlighted. Keep your cursor over the link and press the triangle button. Then "save target as..." or whatever it is in English.

Re: downloading games

oops, deleted my post by accident. Here it is:

Are you going to the download page, with the text hyperlinks? You have to have the game link highlighted that you want to download before pressing triangle...?

And if you can't figure that out, there's still the good old USB cable...

No it doesn't matter which firmware you have. Are you trying to download the games with your PSP or your PC? If you're on your PSP, point your PSP's web browser's cursor on top of the link, press Triangle -> File -> Save Target As... and select the folder to save to. For easiness I suggest saving to PSP/COMMON folder. To open it, press Triangle -> File -> Go to... and write file://psp/common/[name of the file].swf

Hmm... If you need a basic browser... I have made one smile It's called JellyFish PSP FIle Browser 3.0 but currently it's not available for download, it is included in NorPortal VI5ION PSP offline portal for the web browser. Definitely worth a try-out! Search it from PSPVault if interested.
