Psp Firmware 3.50 and 3.70 flash speeds
Speed fps on 3.50 was on average 25-26
Speed fps on 3.70 was on average 24-30 Changeing constantly up and down

Why to stay on 3.70 and not go to 3.71? 3.71 has a few bugfixes and it is an important update... It's not like there would come a 3.70 downgrader but not for 3.71.

i noticed that when i turn on my psp it loads up very fast. this happened when i upgraded to 3.71
