yey! i have finally managed to integrate the forum into the site properly, so that it no longer has to use a horribly hacky iframe

This should fix a lot of problems (mainly that of nesting, or finding yourself without a mainsite menu) but i have cut big chunks of code out for the forum pages to get it to work, so some things might react in strange ways. Notably, there is no PSP version. I will write a custom PSP style for the forum with smaller text and stuff, just not yet.
