If you don't own a wireless router, then...
If you don't own one, and are not plannig to get one, here's a cheaper solution.
An USB WiFi 802.11b Dongle, which creates an wireless hotspot to 5-10 meters(15-30 feet) distance. while it's connected to your PC via USB. The problem is that it won't work while the PC is off.

Nope. At least not yet. Maybe in the future with custom firmwares. Or you could by a WiFi dongle that you plug in the USB and you'd have wireless connection all over your house.

It might be possible to use internet connection through the psp's usb port, but first someone must make a driver for it like the piKey application.

I just find out, explore the web, go to PSP hacking sites etc.

I guess that wouldn't be so hard to do, just making the drivers and an application for the PC which would route the internet connection to the PSP. But going through all this, the connection might be slower than usual.
