Molecule Man (MM Adventures) *beta*
Wassup all people who remember me from pspdemocenter. Im back with somthing creative and new. The game is called Molecule Man (MM Adventures).
Its not a platformer, its more of a puzzle/action/adventure/sidescroller, All done with liveswif. Yup, liveswif. Its not really that bad of a program.

Wow. You really have some unique ideas on this one! I hope you will develop it into a working game experience.
Couple of hints that could make what we already saw, a little bit better. Using "mouse" on PSP is troublesome. In introduction sequence, make full screen invisible MC instead of arrow button, or place arrow button in fixed place every screen. Right now, you have button in different place every comic screen.
Another hint would be visual one. I like visual rules you've set for your game (everything is cubic), but I suggest you turn line thickness of all your graphics to 2. You could also divide starting comic to more pages, that way it would not look so stuffed on PSP screen.
Add couple of frames for walking cycle. This could help.

What kind of things you're planning to do with his changing abilities? I'm looking forward to see more of Molecule man!

Re: Molecule Man (MM Adventures) *beta*
that's AWESOME!
Love how you can even turn into a desk or a wall... which do nothing.
Although the graphics aren't the best, the idea is a really, reallly good!
keep it up!
Someday you might win an indie award.

Yeah I know the graphics arent the best, but i wanted it that way. If everything was to detailed it would take up to much space.

Re: Molecule Man (MM Adventures) *beta*
The idea was great but the game could use some serious work. The graphics and animation were seriously lacking... Even if you were trying to make it low memory for the PSP it was still pretty bad. I liked how some items weren't really helpful though. It made the transformations a little more expansive, which was cool. Another thing that got to me was the bad spelling and grammar. Work on that and it's awesome!
