Dropbox is the answer for your file uploading troubles.
Get Dropbox. It is online folder on your desktop. You can drag files straight to the folder, which updates it into your personal 2 gb filespace. With right-click over the selected file, you can "Copy public link", and then just paste it into forums or where ever you want.

I've found it also tremendous help for developing PSP flash games. You just mark dropbox as your export folder, and it automatically updates the file in couple of seconds, then just go to that URL on your PSP's web-browser and after updating the game, refresh the page. Easiest possible pipeline for testing.
Go grab it, its free

Well, all I can say I feel Dropbox is really dependable. There is no advertising, no surveys - nothing annoying included. I can also say that I've never got any spyware from it. You should try! You can always uninstall it.
