How come most themes aren't complete?
I mean, Icons for Skype, Locationfree and Account Management remain stock.
Why are there no complete themes?

maybe because they are under a copyright other than SCEA, idk.
u could go on yahoo answers and figure that one out.

idk but with .CFT you can edit everything lol
thats why i use .CTF
and its easy to make my own custom themes

acct management should have an icon, unless u created a theme that has a specific version and never updates....

The icons that can't be are trademarked by sony or another country which is why sony doesn't allow them to be changed
