my comp has a trojan worm called Win13.Netsky.Q and i have a feeling the thing is inside my google toolbar. can u help me remove it????

well its more likely that you downloaded a toolbar or some software that came with a toolbar that put a virus on your computer. download avg antivirus. its free and should get rid of it (and will probably find a load of other stuff if youve never scanned your computer before). if you are already using antivirus software then just use that to get rid of it.
also why are you posting this on a psp site you would probably get better answers on a antivirus site or something.

Yeah, umm this IS a PSP site, but whatever. Well, you could try a different anti-virus program, or try locating the file yourself. Try CNET.com for good anti-virus programs.

NO! reformatting is a last resort
try everything you can before you reformat
if you have to reformat: back up all your photos important files anything you do not want to loose. reformatting means wiping your hard drive completely, you will have to reinstall your operating system (which you will most likely not have a copy of and end up buying a new one) and loose all your files.
its much better to try and remove the virus than reformat
