Re: [Release] Super ShyGuy Universe

@Jfig111:

Why can't you keep all the SSG releases in one single topic? There are now over five topics for different versions of the game. Just edit the title to say the new version name.

But good job, you finally disabled cheating.

Re: [Release] Super ShyGuy Universe

The collision detection for the game is still...buggy.
The link vs skeleton lvl still makes no sense.  You can die and still pass the lvl...
All of the platformingish lvls need to be cleaned up.  You dont need to use the same block for every tile, and if you do, at least form cleaner angles...
But really the unexpected collisions can be very aggravating.

Unexpected..?

I've had no problems, they're accurate according to the 20 other people I questioned...

Re: [Release] Super ShyGuy Universe

Perhaps they havn't had much experience in testing flash games.
On the platform level wih lava; if you jump from the far side of a tile over lava and land on the near side of another tile it considers that a collision with the lava.
Also in the "save the pokemon" level several times when i flew near the top right it had some unexpected collisions.  Also (not a bug) you should give more time for the player to start the level since the character falls quite quickly and will "die" before the player may have a chance to start "clicking".
The Link vs Skeleton bug i've already mentioned in previous topics you've made.

Re: [Release] Super ShyGuy Universe

The fat level sucks.

The desert part lags terribly.

Link part is confusing.

Story is uninteresting.

Re: [Release] Super ShyGuy Universe

I've tested the lava level hundreds of times now, I can't find any bad detection.

Also Zuriki, you are pathetic. I can't believe you.

I don't know what you have against me, lay off.

Oh, not this sh*t again! You don't want this topic to get locked like those 213 other topics!

And if you need the topic title to be changed, PM or anyone else of the mods and we will help you.

Whaaaaat? Those are the main flaws I think.

The game is great on a whole but those are flaws.

Oh sorry, the way you said it made me think you started up again on the whole flaming thing.

Thanks, and the desert part doesn't lag on my PSP Phat.

But, what I have oddly noticed is that on the part where you have to rescue kirby in that green zone is that on PSP, when you go to the end it just stops showing the blocks and makes them invisble, but they are still there.

It doesn't happen on computer though, odd....

And the 2nd missile part kind of lags....

Re: [Release] Super ShyGuy Universe

delta009 I am extremely jealous...
I look for errors because I have had alot of experience in flash so I try to help
people by finding common errors and flaws that make a game not fun.  I have been through this many times myself working on games that have bugs i didn't understand till later on.  I've beta tested numerous games for flash and a few for consoles.  I'm not expecting a profesional game from him (no offense intended) but i've made some crap games (im not going to mention the names big_smile) so i'd rather not see it happpen to other people when something can be done to help it.  If you guys don't care about my opinion...ignore it.  Simple as that.
And btw what does it being Flash have to do with errors?  If you're implying that Flash Games are all buggy... that might be a lack of experience in the area.

p.s. if this sounded really speech like...it's because it's late and im kinda tired lol.
