concept portal
I have this idea for a portal but dont know if its possible, can one build a web portal that emulates the game boy, snes, genesis, n46, nintendo or game gear. im talking about an actual emulator in a flash portal that allowed one to drop roms in the common file and read them. is the technology out yet? is there any one out there thats learned how to assemble that device? or can some body write a program that converts roms to a playable psp flash? i dont have custom firmware, i have a new slim im not gettin it soon either, more and more of us are in the same boat. is any of this possible?

Say you wanted to make a GB/GBC/GBA emulator. You would need the gba_bios.bin file in order to play the rom files. Making this key file compatible with the PSP's internet browser is practically impossible. So basically, the answer is no. And converting roms to flash is probably possible (with a huge amount of hard work involved), but it would be unlikely that it would run at all on the PSP.

I once found an emulator for some old, old game console, but it had only two games built in and it didn't even run on PSP... Lol.
