Pong X

I came up with a new concept today and started developing a new game. I have only worked on it for half an hour or so and I can confirm that it should work fine on the PSP. If you have not guessed it is a Pong style game however that is all I am going to give away for now.

Hopefully I can develop some more tonight after I have done my university work and you never know there is a possibility this one may be out by the end of next week as the code is not as complex as Heli which is still scheduled for Wednesday.

Its going well. I may post a screen shot at some point but I am not sure if there will be a beta with this one.

Re: Pong X

I don't know...

I've tried this one on PSP. It's a little slow but it works.

I love curveball muchly big_smile It's not actually true 3D though, hence it works smile

Re: Pong X

But it feels 3D-ish... That's what matters. Maybe a remake of this would work on psp? yikes

Re: Pong X

I am confident that it can work. The physics engine could probably be made in to a few lines of code and the 3D efect is a simple resizing of the ball movie clip. I will have an atempt at some point however I have some exams coming up and I should be doing work towards those so it wont be for at least a month.

Re: Pong X

Plus you have, what, 3 games nearing completion? Should probably focus on getting them done first tongue
